What you should know
How long does transport between e.g. Bratislava and Munich take?
For a dedicated run, 6–8 hours of driving plus loading and unloading — in practice the car arrives within 24 hours of pickup. On a consolidated run, 2–4 days.
Can you load a car with extremely lowered suspension?
Yes. Our hydraulic ramps run at 3.5–5°, enough for most supercars. For cars with extreme front splitters (Senna, LaFerrari, Aventador SVJ) we recommend the single-car trailer with a 3.5° angle plus aluminium ramp underlay.
How does insurance work during transport?
Every shipment is insured against damage, theft and total loss. The cover amount is set by the value you declare before departure. For vehicles above €500,000 we require a value certificate (an appraisal or auction price).
What documents do I need for an intra-EU shipment?
Within the EU the registration certificate or a COC (Certificate of Conformity) is enough — plus a purchase contract for new sales. Outside the EU we prepare the full set including EUR.1 or Carnet de Passage.
Why don't you publish a price list?
Price depends on many variables — vehicle type, value, distance, time window, dedicated vs consolidated, season and more. Posted price lists are always misleading in this segment. After a quick call we send a firm quote within 60 minutes.
Why is there no form on your website?
We prefer email and phone. Email lets you attach photos of the vehicle, documents or a detailed description as you need — a web form would limit you. And for quick back-and-forth, picking up the phone is still the fastest way; a five-minute call gives us all the context we need for a firm quote.
Why Slovline
For years we have moved cars whose value never depreciates with the first stone chip. We're a family-run firm based in southern Slovakia, but our trailers can be seen daily on motorways across Europe — from the ports of Le Havre to the paddocks of Maranello and the showrooms of Munich.
We don't transport "vehicles". We transport pre-launch prototypes, sixty-year-old Italian roadsters bequeathed through families, naturally aspirated six-cylinders that no longer roll off any line, and track cars that race in Spa on Saturday and need to stand in a Hamburg showroom on Wednesday.
Principles we don't compromise on
- Enclosed transport whenever it matters — protection from stones, insects, rain and prying eyes.
- Discretion — no photos without consent, no publishing of destinations.
- Insurance beyond the standard — coverage based on vehicle value, not on weight.
- A direct line to the team — no forms, no tickets. You speak to someone who knows which driver is on the road that day.
Who we work for
Premium-brand dealers, importers, collectors, concours d'elegance organisers, manufacturers, motor shows. They share one thing: they expect the same level of professionalism on the first call as on the hundredth transport.
